This is a screenplay for promotion of the Truth Commission. This play is a work of fiction. All of the event are completely fictional and are not real. The history is based on events that have not happened (yet). No names and companies that are mentioned in this play are the same as the ones in real life, and any similarities are completely random.

So far I have only completed Act 1, and 2. There is still alot of work to do before I call this screenplay complete. This play is part of a bigger picture. All scene are still in need of revision and editing.

All comments are welcome. Please give me feedback on this play. If you are going to attack my political ideology, bring it on, but only if you take the time to read the entire thing. I have incorporated every criticism that I have ever got into the story line. So before you say that

"all leaders become corrupt eventually, even you would become corrupt if you got to much power" <-- Stupid criticism because i clearly offer a solution to this problem However, if you have something intelligent to say, please, I have a response for you.

C O L O R S Y S T E M

I would just like to note my color coding system in this screenplay. I chose to put my screenplay on Blogger because I love the format. I chose black as the background because it is alot easier to look at for long periods of time. I use differnt colors because I think that it breaks up the writing nicely. If I want People to read this whole screen play, I wanted to make it visually interesting, not just a wall of text.
Reading online is almost better then reading a book these days. I for one, love reading and writing in a downward direction without have to turn that pages. (omg, you know you are from a completely different generation and age when scolling down is more common to you then turning a page)
Without pages to organize writing into, colors are used instead.
With that said, I like using color to organize my writing, and so these are the meanings of the colors.

Welcome to the show

You are about to go on a journey. A journey into the future. I have written this screen play with you, the eBook reader in mind. If things seem confusing at first, that is perfectly normal. I promise that everything makes sence at the end.

I encourage you to read this entire play, or wait to see it on the screen. If you read it now, you will be given more of the plot, so you can follow along better. For those of you who want to wait to see it in film, might want to wait and read the screenplay after they see the movie, as to not spoil the storyline.

This play is long. It is about 60 typed pages or so. It takes about 45 minutes - 2 hours to read, depending on your reading speed. It is a play, so most of it is dialoge, so it read pretty quickly. Hit F 11 or full screen and sit back, relax, get ready to scroll down and enjoy the show (now or wait for it on the big screen)

Abstract

Experience what The Great War was like directly from the people that were there. Listen to them describe in the utmost detail, how the war started, how we almost were completely wiped out and what society is like after it was all over. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. This play will horrifie you!!

General "Justice" Jericho

The star of our play, the man that led the people to victory in the war for equality for everyone. The General is the representation of Justice. He stands for all that is good, and is willing to fight for what is right. He could no longer ideally sit back and allow such tremendous inequality in the world. He had to do something. His strong Utilitarian views of the greatest good for the greatest number have given the majority the strength to stand up and fight. He led the people to say “we’re not going to take it!”

While his opinion of complete Utilitarianism is often not shared with his counter part Charity, he is an important part in the balance of the universe. Justice always prevails. The General is now a national hero. Without his bravery, we all would have perished.

Charity "Balance" Peace

Charity is like an angel. She is the balance in the force. Charity is the peace and kindness that has saved us all. After the war, it was with her guidance that we were able to finally bring peace and equality to the world. She represents everything that is good, fair and just. She is never evil, never vain and never rash. She is always calm and brave. Is is also very beautiful.

Charity was nominated as President of the People after the war. She has given absolute power to ensure the distribution of equality. She was chosen because she is so pure, so honest and fair, that she might be the only one that will never become corrupted by power.

I remecomment that you read about each scene know, you get a basic understand of what is going on, and when you are going to know about certain plot element. If you are the kind of person that just likes to read into the unknown, continue onto Act 1 now. Or if you would like to have some idea before jumping right into the story, read the introduction for each Act and Scene now. This is give you a sence of the Time Line and order of events.

The General discusses the morality of the war with his life long counterpart, Charity. Justice argues that the remaining war criminals should be put to death for their crimes. Charity offers another solution.

"Interview with Greedy Capitalist"

Avarice reveals the other side of the story. He gives us the Capitalist’s point of view on The Great War. He explains why we had no right to start a war in the first place. It was their money. They had earned it fair and square. He justifies the deaths of hundreds millions of people by telling us that the Elites were chosen by God because they are better then everyone else.

"Today's Worker Interview"

Interview with Joe. He talks about what life was like for the average working person before and after the war. He compares how people spent their work life and social life. He tells us that by removing money as the object of society, people changed for the better. They became more friendly and society prospered as a whole.

"DW Coon talks with a business partner"

_________________________

DW Coon talks with Zeal about what it takes to be the perfect business partner. DW explains that if everyone takes action now, and fixes the problem for it happens, then that is the cheapest, fastest, easiest way to solve the potential problem that was forming. DW was one of the first people to foresee the inevitable war. If he only could have reached more people. DW tried to prevent the war by forming a massive public company that rivaled the Elites. Unfortunately, the war was inevitable because the Elites had been preparing for it for decades.

Reconciliation Commission

of the Working People of the World"

(Time and Setting) Before the Great War

The date is March 18, 2007. The people (FPHR) have called a meeting of all the workers to discuss what to do about the Capitalist situation. The meeting is held in a large lecture center at SUNY Albany. Representative members from all worker rights groups at present. This act completely covers everything that is contained in the Truth Commission, as it weaves in and out of the meeting with various flashbacks and other short sidetracks.

"The Public Announcement"

The general public meets and discusses what needs to be done about the looming situation. Professor Diligence as representing the Commission, answers some questions from the public before the meeting begins.

"How did it come to this?"

________________________

This scene describes what the world looked like in early 2007. The scene starts out with ‘the opening announcement’. This statement is contents of everything that is to be covered in The Committee Meeting. Flash back to the now famous lecture given to a Globalization class at SUNY Albany in early 2006. The professor explains what the problem is and what has to be done about it.

The start of the meeting. This is where the commission official announces to the public their objectives and findings.

The first speaker of the night is General Justice. He has been asked to prepare a statement explaining the current situation.

"Inequality report"

In this scene, DW Coon tells Jack about the Inequality Report. DW pleads with the Elites not to start a war. He begs that a peaceful resolutions to the problems at hand. There is another way to bring equality and balance to the world, other then war.

"Official Statement of Purpose"

________________________

The General reads the Official Statement of purpose that was sent to the Elites. This is like the Olive Branch Treaty sent to King George by the founding fathers of the US back in 1770s. It was a plea for fair and just treatment or else the people will be force to bring about war to the oppressors. Justice also reads excerpts from the

• Declaration of Independence of the United States and the
• Universal Declaration of Human Rights as adopted by the
  
• United Nations General Assembly.

Justice lively declares war on the Elites. Justice has been made the official spooks person of the people’s Revolution of Equality. He is also officially put in charge of the workforce (later becomes the Bloody Revolutionary army. He provides complete proof and rational for the decision made by the people.

This act tells of the BSoL Act and the definition of wealth.

This scene outlines all of the people that suspects of crimes against humanity and the crime of supporting inequality. The major US company that is being targeted is Wal-Mart.

The Truth Commission

"The Evils of Capitalism"

___________________________

This Act provides more evidence of the evils of capitalism. Scene 1 vividly destribes what happends when you have millions of people that relay of a complex system of commerce, and you take away one element, gasoline, and you get to see how it turns out.

Scene 2 talks about how the capitalists control the law, by looking at an example. Then we see how poverty effects the lives of children. How is it morally ok to allow children to starve? We then talk about the enivroment, and then close with a disscussion of what truth is.

Riots break out in most major cities when the Capitalist's cut off our gas supply. Without gas, there is not more food deliveries to major cities. When you have 500,000 people living together, and they have no food, it tends to get a little bit messes.

"How did the Elites control everything? They did not make the law, did they?
Lets take a look at an example of a law. Who's interest do you think this law serves? The people, the government, of the Capitalist?"

Children are not any one racial or ethnic group, they are the future of our world, however there are lots of children that don’t have very good chances at even making it to becoming adults. There are hundreds of millions of children in poverty and something needs to be done about it.

"The fate of the earth: can we preserve the global environment?"

“The history of the life on earth has been a history of interaction between living things and their surroundings.” In the modern global world, we as humans have the obligation to take care of our planet. We are supposedly the first intelligent species, I say why don't we act like it. Keck the Jerks that think it is ok to pollute out of power, and lets start doing something today."

"What is Truth?"

Nietzsche argues that truth is just something that the human intellect can never understand completely. So we make up our own truth from our experiences and that’s what we believe. Truth is totally relative to each individual and what information that individual has. What ever one self believes whole heartedly to be truth, unless otherwise proven to be false, is what is truth for that person. This is not just true for individuals, but for societies as a whole.

Through out history, humans have been harnessing nature for survival. Humans take nature and turn it into whatever they need or want. And over time our means of production have gotten better with use of better tools and more knowledge. Karl Marx said that history moved forward by changes in the means of production.

There has always been a class struggle between those who do the work and those who benefit from the work.

Weber said that the world is becoming less traditional and more bureaucratic. Traditional authority is a system in which people do what they do because that’s the way it’s always been done. In bureaucratic societies, people follow the rules because those are the rules.

"The Death Penalty"

________________________

One of the reasons the Supreme Court ruled the death penalty unconstitutional (violative of the Eighth Amendment’s prohibition of “cruel and unusual punishment”) in Furman was its “arbitrary and capricious” application. Likening the sentence of death to being struck by lightning both in its rarity and its freakishness, the Court noted that there is no principled way to predict who will get the death penalty. Many who commit equally atrocious crimes do not get sentenced to death but rather get terms of imprisonment. In addition, there is a great deal of evidence that race and class play a significant role in determining who gets the death penalty.

In John Stuart Mill’s On Liberty (1859) he asked under what conditions and for what reasons can the liberty of the individual be restricted? Mill said that the only reason that a person’s liberties can be limited is when it prevents harm to others. The “harm principle” is the only justification for laws to limit freedom. Mill rejects any law restricting the liberty of an individual even if it is for there own good or the greater good. “His own good, either physical or moral, is not a sufficient warrant (page 359)”

(Flashback to Summer 2007) A personal note read by DW, addressing the Elites. This is only a few days after the Majority ruled them guilty in the Online Trial. They have been proven guilty of crimes against humanity, as fully detailed in The Inequality Report. DW gives one last warning before full-scale civil war takes over.

(Fall 2007 – Spring 2010), This scene vividly describes the individual battles of the war. It covers the invasion of the Long Island Fortress and the crumbling of the California Fortress. Also recaps the horrors of the war on the working people.

"The Final Battle"

The final battle took place on Christmas Eve, 2009, only 3 years after the founding father wrote his plea. The People's Army had finally over run both the West Coast Fort and The Long Island Fortress. All that was left was the main Elite Fortress in Florida. It has recently been hit by two back to to back hurricanes, in what the people call God answering their prayers. The massive hurricanes have over turned all the battleships, leave the Dead Zone unguarded by enemy artillery. General Justice Jericho leads the Blood Revolutionary Army on the final assault...

"The Teacher"

Professor Diligence was the first great mind to take advantage of the Age of Information. He is the Einstein of the 21st century. He has collaborated with the Truth Commission for the publication of The Inequality Report. The Professor represents all the knowledge and wisdom that society needs to obtain the highest degree of freedom the world has ever seen.

Nicknames: Dilan, Professor D, PD

Zeal

"The Employee"

Zeal is the Ideal Partner Professor Diligence's son. The idea partner is anyone that believes in these values. Justice, Freedom and Equality. Anyone, does not matter who you are, if you believe in this, then you are the perfect candidate for the job. What job you ask? The job of being a productive member in society. All you have to do is something that helps the world in some way. This includes washing dishes or being a NASA scientist. But you have to be doing something.

Avarice

Greedy Capitalist "Evil"

Avarice is the representation of Evil. He was the driving force behind ever truly evil dick, I'm sorry i mean dictator that world has ever seen. He gave Hitler power to nearly take over the world. He has also been know to work with Saddam Hussein and George W Bush. He is a evil man.

Nicknames: Satan, All that is Evil, Vlad

Average Joe,

Then and Now

Today's Wage Worker, represents the The working people. This character has two counter parts. One that is the wage worker before the war. And the other is the profit worker from the Era of Equality. This character is who the war for fought for. He did not want to start a war, they just no other choice. He had to do something.

The DW Anthology is the first of the 'new wave of information'. Fueled by the wealth of information in this new age of computers, DW complied the true democratic opinion of the people. The report was the complete work of the working people. Completely written by the people, for the people.

Jack is the narrator of our play. He represents you. He asks the questions that you want to know the answers too. Jack is not even a real person. He is a computer program. He has read everything that has ever been written on the Internet. He is the collective voice of all of us. He is the good and bad of every single person that has ever interacted with the Internet. It's funny, because we have all know him all of our lives (or since the creation of the Internet), and yet most people don't even know his name.

Act 1

"The History of The Great War"

Introduction

(Time and Setting)
The day is June, 23, 2010. Only a few months have pasted since The Grand War was won by the Working People. This period of time is known as the Reconstruction. Societies around the world have the enormous task of starting over. Rebuilding a society is not an easy task, however with the inequality gap virtually at zero, the average person has the power and tools to actively take part in the reconstruction process. Every citizen can actively take part in the newly formed True World Democracy.

Prologue

Jack

"People around the world are still celebrating. The new freedoms in this new post war era, is nothing like the average working person has ever experienced. People, no matter who they are, are free to do what ever they want (as long as it does not violate someone else's rights to do as they want). Every man, woman and child in the world, has guaranteed basic human rights.

These rights are outlined in the Basic Human Rights Act (BHR), this act includes the BSoL Act (Basic Standard of Living Act). This right, is why they war was fought. Millions of people fought to give this right to every living person on the planet.

This act Guaranteed Access to a all of the following: 'a good, fair, useful, job that society values', heath care, Free education, free access to Internet, phone, TV. Free transit around their home town and city. Free housing with access to a garden, free food, free fitness facilities and free clean water. Every single person on planet Earth has been granted these rights under the BSoL Act, as set forth in The World Constitution of the Working People.



After the collapse of WTO (World Trade Organization) and the Blockade of all foreign goods into the United States, the people have learned to adapt to a completely new way of living. Rural communities grow their own crops (at least the non-radio active parts of the East Coast). People for the most part learned to live without all the cheap plastic junk made in Chinese sweatshops. These items are now relics of a pass age. It is hard to believe all the junk, the stuff that we used to think life would be impossible without, the stuff that the capitalist made us buy, with advertising propaganda, it is hard to believe now, that we really based out lives around this stuff. "How could I live without my iPod?" was something you would hear back in the day.

"You mean that people in the future live without iPods? How do they listen what music? How do they carry their entire music library around everywhere they go?"
All this cheap junk created for two reasons, all of it was promoted by advertising. One to give you something to spend your money on, and you had to work for them to get paid, it was a vicious cycle. No body seemed to have a problem with it then, they all just worked like dogs so they could have the newest pair of Nike sneakers. The real purpose of this junk was only to distract us from the realization how shitty our lives were back then. This is compared to now of course, were everyone is equal.
We do not worry about money anymore. We do not worry about crime either. For some reason the crime rate drop tremendously after the people took over. What was it that was causing all that crime in the states? Was it that the most respected people we the ones that had all the money? And that caused people to commit crimes of greed?

Following the collapse of the WTO, the mass transit system fell apart rapidly. Because 95 percent of travel in the United States was done by car, and cars need gas, gas was something that they intentionally cut us off of. They thought it was such a strategic tactic, and that after a few weeks, we would all surrender and go back to work. They did not think that we really could survive on our own. We it was not a complete success. They did not realizes that by cutting us off so fast, that it would actually cause to to mobilize even faster. Unfortunately, the by cutting of the gasoline supply, they did achieve what they really wanted to have happen. Nearly 800,000 working Americans died as a result of famine.

The Great War 'officially' started on November, 3, 2007 and was ended by the signing of The Great Treaty of The United People on January, 4, 2010.

Scene 1

"A brief history of the future"

June 23, 2010 An interview in the home of General Jericho Justice.

Justice

"(Sitting at his desk, there are war medals and trophies covering the walls. There is a large weapons case in the corner of the room. Inside, there are various knives, swords, handguns and rifles. There does not appear to be any assault weapons.
He smiles as you enter the room and gestures for you to sit down)

Jack

"Lets get started shall we? Would you please introduce your self?"

Justice

"Hello, I am General "Justice" Jericho, Commander and Chief of Bloody Revolutionary Army, division of all ground operations in the US People's Workforce. I lead The United Working People to victory in the Grand War. I am now the Chief Justice in The People's Court."

Jack

"In your own words, could you explain what started the Grand War?"

Justice

"Nobody really knows exactly what happened. You will hear a different story from everyone that you ask that question. This is how I remember what how it all started:

Nobody thought it was really going to happen. People would stay stuff like:

'War? Here in the Invincible United States, nah, that will never happen. We own that world, and we have been stocking up on military 'stuff' for decades now, right? Last time i check, the US has been spending a hell of a lot of taxpayer’s money on the military so i can feel safe. Anyone that messes with US is dead meat, or at least i think so. I don't have any actually say in any thing that the government does, so I guess I hope so'...

‘What was all that money spent on anyways?' was a common question. I will tell you about that in a minute.

Everyone thought that we have some hero come save us. Save us from what I have always wondered? If only they had realized it sooner, before everything turned into a huge mess. "

It all started in the spring of 2007,

February 2007

"I would say that it all started with the creation of the UoWPfBWC (The Union of Working People for Better Working Conditions). All they wanted was basic Human Rights for all Workers. This causes the founding of FPHR (The Foundation of People's Human Rights). Both were online network communities of working people. Both were created so workers from around the world could share their work experience and to put pressure on their employers by standing together and organizing company strikes.

June 2007

Number of complaints from workers about unequal pay reaches an all time high, the people form together in one massive effort to bring balance and equality peacefully. The FPHR opened it's membership to all people. After a few months, membership levels reached millions as a result of online networking groups and Internet email promotion. When membership reached 50 million people, a democratic vote was taken. The people overwhelmingly agreed (nine to one) that the Capitalist we suspected guilty of crimes against humanity for their extortion of people around the world. After the 5 day Online Justice Trail starting (August 1, ending August 6), the trial was completely public and available on every website imaginable. More than 1 billion people tuned in world wide to witness the verdict. The Virtual Jury, consisting of 50,000 respected people from all over the world (mostly doctors and professors I think), found the capitalist GUILTY of crimes against humanity. An public ultimatum was sent to their headquarters, which by now were three massive fortress. One on Long Island, one in Las Anglos, and the Master Fortress located in central Florida; this was called the Elite Capital. The people never received an Official reply. America and the working people of the world continued with their lives, going to work as if nothing had happened at all. Why the capitalist weren’t immediately put to justice nobody knows for sure. What were they waiting for? Was the whole online trial fake? Was the whole thing staged? Did it even really happen? Was it just the next big American Ideal on the Internet? Was is just a show? How could anyone know for sure, as this point, they still controlled everything.

November The Capitalists Declares War on the Working People.

Now this was an interesting situation. When the capitalist were found guilty by the majority of people who work for them, they became very concerned. They had read the DW Anthology and they knew what was coming at them. However, instead of surrendering, they decided that if it was war they wanted, then it was war that they were going to get. The capitalists used all of their resources to buy them some time, including the media stooges that started and spread the rumor that the trial was fake, it was for entertainment purposes only. Unbelievably that was something that everyone believed. The public opinion is a funny thing. you can tell them that Global Warming is heating up the earth, and even when its 65 degrees on January, people say, nah that isn't true. But when you tell them that something that more then 250 million people voted on is fake, they have no problems believing it at all.

"So what was all that military money spent on anyways?"

It was spent on military. But not the military that is supposed to protect us. It was all spent on military research on how to protect them.

The Elites?

Exactly! The taxpayer’s money was spent researching how to protect their money, because they were the ones controlling the government. The whole war on terror and the Iraq war was just field tests and to make a little money selling oil. It was a good plan for them, they made alot of money and build some extremely power weapons. Their war scientist calculated ever possible scenario that the Elites might loss power. And at the top of the list, was a worker's rebellion. They never thought it could happen, because they had such tremendous advertising propaganda. But because of FPHR and other networking groups, information of the equalities spread like wild fire.
At the beginning of the Trial, the Elites quickly formulated a plan. They knew what was going to happen in the Trial, and they had been preparing for this war for a long time.


So to answer you question, they spent the money on the fortress. each fortress is near the coast. Each fortress is protected by two huge battleships, each with the artillery to hit any ground target with 200 miles of the coast. The battleships were protected by a flock of 12 Red wings. Red wings are the highest tech fighter jet know to man. Now with a completely secured parameter, and a ultra strong defense, and a society that had no weapons of their own, what was some majority trail going to do?

"Wow, if only the people had known.

Could you tell me more about the Elite’s fortresses and defense?

Each fortress was always guarded by the artillery range of the battleships. plus they had the Red wings, plus they had ground artillery support covering their entire parameter. It was sercure, so secure, that the area surrounding each fortress had to be completely evacuated.

Who operated these battleships?

Hired Militants, ex US army soldiers, anyone that would take their side for a fat paycheck. Not that their money was any good anymore.

And where did they get 36 Red wings from, don't they cost $2 billions each?

They were a gift from the Walton family. They wanted to feel secure and safe, so they shelled out the cash for 36 of these babies. There was really nothing that we could do about these Red wings. We did not have anything that could stand up to one of them, let alone 36. We were hounded by them for almost 2 straight years. They also made attacking any of the battleships virtually impossible. We almost lost the war because these things were so deadly. Fortunetly, they never found our main base, so they were not able to so to much damage.

Could you tell me more about the conspiracy?" "So the Elites (about 50,000 plus 200,000 hired help) were able to fend off the majority (around 280 million) with 36 jets and 5 battleships?"

It was all they needed. We could not even come close to their fortresses. They had the militarty means to simply wipe us all out, but they didn't. They can't are nothing with out us. With the working people, they had no one to be powerful over. So they basiclly held a reverse seigh. They had trapped themselves inside their fortresses and waited. They fended off all of our attacks of course, but they pretty much left us alone for the first year of the war. I think that they thought that we were going to give up and go back to the way things used to be. I don't completely understand it, but i think it goes something like this:

"Masters are nothing without their slaves. Slaves are everything without their masters. If you take the slaves away from their masters, the masters are left with nothing. But if you take the masters aways from the slaves, they have everything. Or something like that. The point is that they needed us more then we needed them. What we really needed was for them to stop shooting at us. "

"The capitalists did not directly announce that they were declaring war. Because at this point people were still going to work. The capitalist made the first attack.

The first blood of the war was spilled on November 1, 2007. The capitalist's secrete police force The COPS (Corporate Office Police Service) stormed the home of Professor Diligence and attempted to assassinate him. PD escaped the situation allegedly by stealing one of the COPS' armored vehicles, but that's just how the story goes.

The capitalist had been planning and preparing for this war for the last two decades. They thought that they were ready to take on the world. The people really thought that they were just going to surrender? Why should they? The Capitalist had the fortresses, the hired manpower to defend them, control over all the major military compounds and high tech weapons. What was a bunch of workers going to do about. Besides, they thought that we wouldn't last a year without their brilliant leadership and world network. And so the Great Siege began. The rich of the rich, I am not going to name names right now, but they had installed surveillance camera on most of the major intersections in every major city in America. They were planning on watching society tear it's self apart in total anarchy without the Corporate leadership. They watched the street cameras inside their comfortable fortress as the working people fended for themselves. The Capitalist, from the security of their new home continued to feel that they were truly better then the rest of the world. and what they were doing was right. they were going to hold out for as long as it takes, as long as it takes for the working people to come crawling back to them asking for job. There was anarchy on the outside, and they watched in on TV as if it was some kind of entertainment. With the defenses they had, it would take an full assault from an entire army to take them down. Oddly, they still controlled much power on even from inside.

2008

Jack

"Could you explain exactly who was at war?"

Justice

"Well there was a division of people after the trial. A lot of people sided with the majority, they became known as the FED Workers (Freedom, Equality, Determined Workers) or they joined the REF (Rich Educated Federation) was what we called them.

It was March 2008 when the REF starting to turn the tide of the war. Exports were cut off from all neighboring and freely countries. The FED Army was forced to retreat inland in central part of the US. It seemed like a stale mate. The REFs were completely secured in their Fortresses, and by now the Long Island fortress was completely over run by the REF Militant Army.

Suddenly, battle ships start shooting up all cost cities. The capitalist had some how gained control over all of the US Navy's battle ships. Manned completely by hired help, sent out to destroy as much as they could, these modern pirates really did a number on everything within 20 miles of the coast. It is always amazing to me that, then thou the capitalist were so grossly outnumbered, that they were still able to put up such a fight. What can a civilian do to stop a Battleship. The only thing that can stop a battleship is a advanced military strike. We had nothing like that. The capitalist did a complete job making sure that we had no access to any of the military major hardware. We could not even uses the tanks. And with the Assault weapon ban of 1994, all we had as weapons was shitty handguns and hunting rifles. Hell they even had outlawed grenade launcher. what were we supposed to do.
We organized a retreat of all civilians to move at least 30 miles inland. This is out of reach of the battle ship guns. This also causes a complete 3o mile "no man's land" in between the main land the the Florida Fortress. They had battle ships constantly defending the entire Southern coast of North America.

(Justice pulls a map out of his desk drawer. He turns in upside down and points to it as the talks)

"This is what the territories looked like"

“The Green is the land that was safe from the Battleship Artillery. The Brown areas were completely destroyed by the barrage and constant bombardment from the battleships. The Red area they declared as their own. Anyone that was supportive of the Worker’s Rebellion was forced to move out or join their side.

The Pink areas were neutral zones. The Elites made deals with the people there and protected them from the artillery fire. They were forced to provide labor and resources to the closest Elite Fortress.

"And this is what the cannons could do"

The black circles are where the battleships were always posted. There was nothing that we could do. The brown areas is where they shot up the coast with the cannons. It all that land, wasted. Everyone that living there had to retreat inward. The dark green was United People's Land. We had a fortress of our own. We had to protect ourselves because the Elites could just send one bird at us and cause havoc. The light green zone was the no law at all zones. Most areas did not even have power. Millions of people stayed on this zone because they did not want to side with the Radicals. This area was where most of the dirty deals and double agents were found. But for the most part, the United Zone was safe.

But then the capitalist did the worst...

The bastards! (Jericho stands up and shouts) They cut off our oil!!! What good were our tanks and trucks and cars, oh there were so many people that got screwed!! With oil cut off completely from the outside, we had very little supply left. The people held a democratic vote and decided to resort to other measures to travel. They had no choice. We had other more serious issues to deal with. We could no longer effetely transport troops from the inland, out of reach of the damn sea cannons. The Manhattan riots started as soon as food delivery trucks stopped supplying them daily supplies. Manhattan was an very unique place. If was one place that was completely spared from the battle ship barrage. Why didn't they destroy Manhattan? There were close to 400,000 people still living on the island.

August

The people adapt to the new life. A life with out cars. But for the first time, now because they are not spending all of their time driving to work, slaving their lives, laboring for the corporate profit of the Elite. They were final free. Of course they had to move at least The people formed new communities in the

November

2009

May

Hurricane Virtue hits Florida, wipes out most of the capital's strong hold
as a result of global warming, which was caused by the capitalist, they were severally weaken. The real irony is that they picked Florida as the location for they impenetrable fortress.

June

The People's Army attacks the Florida Fortress. The capitalists are finally over run.

September

Nuclear bomb explodes in the Heartland Federation. The Working people were devastated by the blast. It was completely not necessary because the bastard that launched it had signed a treaty in the beginning of the war not to use weapons of mass destruction. No body wanted out home land completely destroyed in this civil war.

It was completely out of revenge and power that they dropped that bomb. They had already lost the war, and they wanted to do as much damage as they could when they still had some power. They didn’t care about the treaty, they knew that there were going to die fighting this war, so they might as well do some serious damage while they could.

October

Now we had to finish them off, we had to restore order in the dead zone. The areas that were deemed no man’s land during the war had become infested with lowlifes and criminals. There was one mafia like organization that rose to power in these areas, and they did not want things to go back to the way they were. It took our forces three months to restore order to most of the area.

December

General Avarice was captured in West Germany. He had tried to escape after the fall of this main fortress. He was spotted by a watch group that we had set up threw out the world to look for the remaining capitalist that tried running away after the war. We sent in our swat team and they captured and arrested him. The people decided that we would hold his trial last, and that he would be forced to witness all of the other trials before we tried him for his crimes. He is still in out custody and he is behaving very well.

2010

January

The task force official stepped down from power and handed the role over to the popular vote to decide the new learner of our new nation. Charity was voted as the new president because of her dedication to peace and equality. I don’t think that there is anyone else more suited for the job than her.

February

Justice

(Looks at the time and stands up and walks over to the weapon's case)
"I have to summarize the rest or go over it in more detail with you later. I have to Judge the Trial of the jerks of the Regal Entertainment Group."
(picks up a long knife and slices it in the air)
"They are accused of unfair employee treatment, extortion of movie goers, and monopolizing the movie theater market."
(he pauses, as if pondering a memory)
"We should finish this later. "
(sits down at his desk and starts writing something by hand)

Jack

"That is fine, we can continue later, good luck at the Trial."

Justice

"HA, we do not need luck, we have the true support of the people. We have a system in place that the people control. For the first time, everyone has the freedom to do what he or she wants. It is not luck that gives us strength Mr. Jack, it is unity"

"Justice meets Charity"

The General discusses the morality of the war with his life long counterpart, Charity. Justice argues that the remaining war criminals should be put to death for their crimes. Charity offers a better solution.

Scene 3

"The Truth Commission is Founded"

Scene Notes:

This is a short scene, no acting, only commentary by Jack and DW. Flash back to December 19, 2006 . The day that the Truth Commission was founded. The scene starts with Jack introduction the original printing of The TC. Suspenseful music opens and changes to enlightening music.

Jack

"December 19 was the last day of school on the SUNY campus. DW was well under way to discovering the truth behind the wall of lies that the capitalist have been telling everybody for so long.

DW

(continues the commentary) "I had been talk all of my life, that what I need when i grew up was a good job. A good job that paid well. and the only way that I was going to get that was by working hard and doing good in school. Although something just did not feel right. Something seemed off. What was it? And why was there so many people that had nothing?

The thing that got me the most was that I was always taught to be honest and fair, and to share my toys with the other kids. Seemed like a harmless thing to me, if i was not playing with the toy then i should let someone else play with it. Then as i grew older, I started to see less of that among the adults around me. I wondered where they parents we to tell them to share.

(screen is showing a slide show of pictures, reminiscing of childhood memories)

What if we talk about not just sharing toys, where the objective is only to entertain a child for a few minutes, but if we were talking about sharing wealth and resources. Now we are not talking about the joy of having a fun toy, we are talking about people's lives. If there is someone that has a million dollars, and there is someone that has no money at all, and is living on the street, and all they want is something to eat, why don't they share?

I will tell you why. It is not that they are individually greedy, it is just that they do not see the point. People would say things like this:

(shot of some of the slums and ghettos in American cities)

"The homeless person is still going to be homeless. And they are probably homeless because they did not try hard enough at life, so it is there fault. What can i do, I have my change to the salvation army person at the mall. I did my part, right?"

Well they were right about one thing, that there was not all that much that they could do about it, alone. It would take the collective work of the entire society to end the poverty problem in the US. Why would we all want to end something like that. Poverty was not a concern of the majority until it got so bad, that in late 2007 the crime rate skyrocketed. And at this point, nearly all the workers were in some kind of online worker rights group. The poor people in poverty were only given attention when the workers needed more support to bring the majority up to 95 percent of the population. Yeah, it is that bad. 5 percent of people in the US own and controlled everything.

I was for some reason able to see this. Why can't everyone else see it too? As i continued to learn and become enlightened with the universe, i slowly began to see the cause of the problem and of a way to change things. Who are the people that helped show me the way? I will name a few and what i learned from them

Karl Marx - taught me about the capitalist and of a different kind of society

George Washington - taught me that if someone is stepping on your toes, you move your feet, and give them a kick. He taught me that you can create a different kind of society

Nelson Mandela - taught me that no matter what the odds, they one man can make a difference. he taught me that what the majority wants, they deserve to have. he created the kind of society that he saw in his mind, he created a different kind of society

all of these situations, the people got together and made a difference. all of these situations, the society on the other side of the change, was always better. this is what we do as societies, is we are always making it better.

so what made me think that I was like theses good men? I always thought that i was just that same as everyone one else, until I can across this...

And so I conceived The Truth of Inequality and Reconciliation Commission of the Working People of the World.

All that i need now was a way to get it to the people. A way to tell everyone about equality now, equality for everyone! If there was only a way? Is there a way to tell everyone one about this... let me think, how can i do that?

"Interview with Greedy Capitalist"

Avarice reveals the other side of the story. He gives us the Capitalist’s point of view on The Great War. He explains why we had no right to start a war in the first place. It was their money. They had earned it fair and square. He justifies the deaths of hundreds millions of people by telling us that the Elites were chosen by God because they are better then everyone else.

Scene 5
"Today's Worker Interview"

Interview with Joe. He talks about what life was like for the average working person before and after the war. He compares how people spent their work life and social life. He tells us that by removing money as the object of society, people changed for the better. They became more friendly and society prospered as a whole.

Scene 6
"DW Coon talks with a business partner"

DW Coon talks with Zeal about what it takes to be the perfect business partner. DW explains that if everyone takes action now, and fixes the problem for it happens, then that is the cheapest, fastest, easiest way to solve the potential problem that was forming. DW was one of the first people to foresee the inevitable war. If he only could have reached more people. DW tried to prevent the war by forming a massive public company that rivaled the Elites. Unfortunately, the war was inevitable because the Elites had been preparing for it for decades.
